In this role, you'll coordinate the Post-Majority Support Services program, focusing on young adults aged 18 to 25 transitioning from Ministry care. You'll be responsible for identifying participants, developing comprehensive work plans, and facilitating holistic support services that cater to their distinct needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support young adults achieving their personal goals
• Build team-oriented work plans tailored to individuals
• Ensure smooth PMSS program operations and adherence to budget
• Represent the agency within community committees
• Supervise and mentor team members, including elders

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related field
• Class 5 Driver's License required
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector needed
• Exceptional interpersonal and innovative skills required
• Knowledge of First Nations issues is an asset
