Lead the management of retail properties at JLL in Toronto, ON. We're seeking a Retail Property Manager to oversee operations and foster strong tenant relationships across our iconic spaces.

In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Regional Director and manage retail and office components at the revitalized Manulife Centre and 625 Church Street. This position requires deep knowledge of retail real estate trends, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team of direct reports effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administration and operations of retail properties
• Build strong relationships with retail tenants and address issues promptly
• Oversee capital projects and tenant improvements




• Ensure service quality from third-party providers
• Conduct property inspections to uphold maintenance standards

Requirements:
• 7+ years in property management, preferably retail
• Experience managing a team of 2-4 employees
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Certification in property management (e.g., RPA)
• Proficiency in property accounting software, including Yardi
