This full-time position within the Primary Care department offers a chance to impact community health significantly. • Deliver primary health care services effectively • Conduct thorough health assessments for community residents • Promote health and prevent diseases through education • Coordinate referrals with other healthcare professionals • Assist in community evaluation projects and needs assessments

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required • Class 5 driver's license for travel • Eligibility for registration with CRNS as RN (NP) or RN (GNP) • Must hold Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate • Specialized training in Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
