Your primary focus will be managing the Workday landscape, evaluating its capabilities, and aligning with enterprise strategies while documenting architecture developments thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create HR domain architecture and capability mapping • Govern HR architecture principles and guardrails • Review solutions and guide HR data architecture • Align the HR domain roadmap with enterprise initiatives • Keep architecture documentation current in EA tools

Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in senior HR technology roles • Robust familiarity with HR systems like Workday • Proven track record with HR integrations • Understanding of regulatory HR data considerations • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
