You will coach and mentor a team while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and municipal regulations. Key Responsibilities:



• Coach and mentor Municipal Licensing and Standards staff • Oversee scheduling and compliance of operations • Develop and execute quality assurance programs • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders • Authorize and manage licensing issuance processes

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education required • Proven leadership in complex environments • Experience in regulatory compliance and enforcement • Valid Province of Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
