In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the coffee roasting and manufacturing process, ensuring that our standards meet evolving customer demands. You will engage in developing teams and implementing continuous improvement processes, fueling a culture that prioritizes accountability and performance while addressing operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set standards for food safety and operational compliance
• Translate business needs into actionable plant goals
• Implement Lean manufacturing for operational improvements
• Mentor and develop future plant leaders within teams
• Partner across departments to enhance business decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Science, or Operations Management
• 7-10 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement
• Experience with food manufacturing and compliance
• Robust planning and decision-making abilities
