Eighteen-month full-time contract as a Clinician in Kirkland Lake focusing on Child and Youth Mental Health. Deliver vital psychotherapy and interventions to support youth and families.
As a Registered Clinician, you will address the social, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by children and adolescents. This role requires a self-motivated and creative professional who can navigate a dynamic team setting. You will utilize your expertise in mental health to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver psychotherapy and single sessions for youth
• Conduct clinical assessments to identify needs
• Collaborate with diverse teams in mental health
• Engage families in emotional support strategies
• Document progress and treatment plans for clients
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology preferred
• Registration in good standing with Ontario colleges
• Expertise in children’s mental health care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid G2 driver’s license and access to a vehicle
