Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Quality, Safety & Transformation, this part-time role emphasizes the importance of collaboration and effective leadership. You will work with various care teams to implement protocols, conduct case reviews, and spearhead quality initiatives that promote sustainable improvements in care practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement evidence-based quality improvement strategies
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure adherence to best practices
• Evaluate the effectiveness of changes through comprehensive assessments
• Foster stakeholder engagement for impactful change management
• Identify and address opportunities for clinical safety improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in quality improvement needed
• Certification in PROSCI Change Management is required
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and quality accreditation
• Solid skills in data analysis and stakeholder collaboration required
