You will also be responsible for training and mentoring nursing staff to uphold high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and delegate nursing tasks among staff
• Assist in the management of clinical operations and care plan creation
• Evaluate department performance and suggest improvements
• Conduct patient rounds to address any concerns
• Monitor nursing staff training and development
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of long-term care experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Proficiency in medical software, particularly PointClickCare
• Ability to cultivate relationships with patients and team members
• Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills
