As an AI Automation Developer, you will oversee the complete customer lifecycle automation suite and evolve daily reporting and internal services. Your contributions will directly impact operational capabilities and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain customer lifecycle automation suite
• Evolve internal services including revenue reporting and renewal monitoring
• Build production-ready AI features for coaching products
• Manage HubSpot operations and properties
• Ensure compliance and email deliverability standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of building Python services in production
• Proven systems thinking with problem tracing ability
• Experience with LLM APIs in production
• Robust coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
