**Construction General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Construction General Laborer where you will play a vital role in supporting construction projects by loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.

You will be responsible for erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Additional tasks include mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, as well as cleaning and piling salvaged materials and removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.
**Responsibilities**
Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Clean and pile salvaged materials.

Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
**Essential Skills**
Experience with concrete labor and carpentry.

Comfortable performing heavy labor and lifting.

Experience with setting up and moving frames for pours (duraform experience).

Formsetting skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Concrete forming.

Pouring.

Rebar experience.

**Work Environment**
Work is conducted during the day shift from 7 AM to 4 PM, or close to these hours, at various sites within one hour of the main headquarters.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dashwood, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Dashwood,ON.
