Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior SAP FICO Manager to lead financial services initiatives for a premier consulting client.
This leadership role requires deep expertise in SAP solutions, with a robust emphasis on the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business transformation, optimizing financial operations, and delivering high-impact SAP projects that enhance organizational efficiency and performance.
While leading financial services SAP projects, they will ensure timely delivery and quality.
They will collaborate across teams, guide best practices, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior staff while staying current on industry trends.

Skills and Requirements
• 9+ years of experience of related work experience at minimum
• 7+ years of experience working with SAP Finance Modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Treasury, SAC-Planning)
• Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to PM, PS, MM, CS, IS-U, SCM (EWM) etc.
• Experience with full life cycle implementations within SAP FICO
• SAP FICO Certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Process Integration / Financial Accounting Associates/ Financial Accounting)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory requirements
•Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an ERP system. • Knowledge of Cost of Service accounting a plus.
• Experience with finance strategy and costing methodologies, including capital management, O&A; reporting, asset management, financial accounting, cost accounting, and reporting systems (Analysis for Office, SAC, Datasphere).
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA in Power & Utilities
