Stantec is seeking a Business Center Operations Leader to enhance our operations in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Manage resources and drive financial performance for a team of over 200 experts.

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee financial operations, health and safety protocols, and ensure continuous improvement within your team. Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide exceptional service while achieving top financial results. Your expertise in operational leadership will guide the business center toward success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review monthly financial statements and team performance
• Supervise forecasting and key performance indicators
• Create and manage the overall business center budget




• Drive collaboration to improve utilization targets
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields
• At least 15 years’ experience in related leadership roles
• Experience with Ontario & Atlantic Canada clients preferred
• Knowledge of consulting practice is a plus
• Skilled registration is advantageous
