As Labour and Employee Relations Manager, you will bring extensive experience to TVO’s People & Culture division. This position requires expertise in conflict resolution, advisory support for leaders, and navigating employee concerns in a unionized setting, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counsel on collective agreements and risk-informed options
• Administer policies related to performance and attendance
• Collaborate with union representatives to mediate grievances
• Perform investigations and document findings thoroughly




• Develop resources and coach managers on effective practices

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• At least 5 years in public sector multi-union environments
• Knowledge of Ontario labour legislation and HR best practices
• Experience with performance management and investigations
• Excellent research, communication, and conflict management skills
