Reporting to the Hub Manager, this supervisory position enables you to lead a team in achieving vital performance goals while managing day-to-day operations. You'll coordinate vehicle capacity, conduct training, and promote a culture focused on health & safety compliance. You must foster open communication among all staff to enhance overall engagement and morale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee team tasks to meet performance metrics
• Conduct quality assurance and safety compliance checks
• Manage scheduling and employee performance reviews
• Facilitate staff training for warehousing and delivery
• Ensure effective communication of maintenance requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in logistics
• Valid Class 5 license essential
• Ability to participate in physical tasks daily
• Competence in rapid-paced environments
• Forklift certification preferred, training available
