This managerial role entails overseeing the Housing division’s three residences and a Housing First program, ensuring alignment with enCompass’ strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will excel in staff development and policy implementation, fostering an environment focused on stability and community independence. You will work both internally and with community partners to strengthen service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program operations and compliance with agency standards
• Develop and implement division-level policies and practices
• Manage staffing functions,



including training and management
• Complete funder reports and monitor financial compliance
• Support continuous quality improvement through program models

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Five years' supervisory experience in human services
• Expertise in managing budgets and safety protocols
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Capacity for after-hours on-call responsibilities
