This leadership position requires at least five years of eBilling experience, including two years in a supervisory role. You will ensure compliance, achieve performance targets, and enhance billing processes while fostering team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and support Billing team members
• Oversee draft preparation, revisions, and invoicing
• Ensure timely e-billing submission through client portals




• Analyze and reduce invoice rejection rates
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and inquiries

Requirements:
• 5+ years of eBilling experience in a law firm
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Robust knowledge of eBilling systems and LEDES files
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
