In this technician role, you will install various roofing systems, including coatings and single-ply membranes, under the direction of a Foreman. You will also conduct maintenance inspections, ensuring all systems function correctly and safely. Effective communication and cooperation are key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install low-slope roofing systems following guidelines
• Perform quality assurance and maintenance inspections
• Communicate inspection findings to the team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Safely operate all tools and equipment
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience
• Capability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel up to 35% for work assignments
• Solid team-oriented and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
