We are seeking a driven Early Years Educator to join our team at the St Boniface YMCA Child Care in Breslau. Your responsibilities will involve creating engaging learning experiences for children, building relationships with families, and adhering to safety guidelines. Successful candidates will bring their education and experience to inspire children’s growth and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality care and support to children and families
• Build positive relationships and communicate progress with parents




• Engage actively with children as a play partner
• Ensure safety and supervision in compliance with relevant policies
• Observe and document children’s learning and development

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Diploma or equivalent
• Registration with College of Early Childhood Educators
• Experience working with young children
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
