In this full-time role, your responsibilities will include managing broker and truck performance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with brokers and drivers to improve engagement, resolve issues, and maximize productivity. Contribute to recruitment efforts and ensure drivers are set up according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety and broker agreements
• Address driver and broker concerns for optimal productivity
• Analyze revenue performance on each truck




• Manage time off records for brokers and drivers
• Conduct orientation for recent drivers as needed

Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary training in logistics or business
• Previous experience in transportation operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and Truckmate
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to collaborate and deliver a superior customer experience
