The Specialist will report to the Manager of Corporate Communications, focusing on crafting and executing YEG's strategic community involvement initiatives. You'll manage event logistics, assess sponsorship effectiveness, and maintain key partnerships with local organizations. Your efforts will contribute significantly to YEG’s brand engagement and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement evaluation criteria for sponsorships
• Liaise with various business units for engagement opportunities
• Prepare detailed budgets and track expenditures




• Plan high-visibility events such as the Annual Public Meeting
• Provide updates on sponsorship impact to leadership

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in event planning
• 3–7 years of sponsorship/event leadership experience
• Proven skills in managing multi-stakeholder projects
• Robust analytical skills for assessing ROI
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events
