In this Payroll Analyst role, you will report to the Payroll Compliance Manager and oversee critical tasks such as GL reconciliations, garnishee payments, and year-end processing. With a solid background in payroll and accounting and robust analytical skills, you'll support Sienna's commitment to employee satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage GL reconciliations and reclass journal entries
• Prepare and verify payroll tax and third-party remittances




• Update and distribute garnishee payment cheques
• Conduct audits of PTO balances and process adjustments
• Assist with payroll-related special projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Commerce
• 3-5 years of payroll experience required
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting
• Proven ability to analyze payroll data
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
