Lead construction efforts remotely as a Shovel Build Supervisor for Impact Mechanical in Northern Alberta. You will guide a skilled crew on a Caterpillar 7495 shovel project while ensuring safety and efficiency.

This hands-on supervisory position reports to Impact Mechanical Project Management and involves overseeing a multi-trade team of 14–16. You will plan and schedule work, coordinate resources, and ensure necessary tools and parts are ready. Being visible and practical is key to earning respect from the crew, contributing to a solid working culture on site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop daily and weekly work plans
• Supervise mechanical and electrical assembly
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Provide daily shift reports to leadership
• Troubleshoot build issues as they arise

Requirements:
• Proven supervisory experience in industrial settings
• Expertise with shovels or heavy equipment
• Solid planning and scheduling skills
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge
