In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to addressing complex mental health issues in youth. You will assess, plan, and implement care while developing engaging programming for inpatient and day treatment programs. This position also provides the opportunity to mentor students and new staff, fostering collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate the care for patients and families
• Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team




• Develop programming for inpatient units and treatment programs
• Provide support and counselling for patients and families
• Mentor students and current staff on best practices

Requirements:
• Graduate in Child and Youth Counselling from a recognized program
• Experience in paediatric psychiatry is essential
• Eligible for membership in Ontario Association of Child and Youth Counsellors
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
• Bilingualism in French/English preferred
