As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a skilled team of maintenance technicians in a unionized workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of maintenance personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives,

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma; certified Millwright or Electrician preferred
• 5+ years of lead technician or supervisory experience
• Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Strong familiarity with CMMS systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
