Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
• Facilitate event logistics, from booking to cleanup
• Document team meetings and highlight actions
• Input monthly data into organizational databases
• Create flyers and communication materials for programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• At least two years’ experience as an administrative assistant
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time under pressure
