As the Director of Innovation and Current Product Development, you will spearhead Canopy Growth’s innovation efforts, creating meaningful consumer-led products. Reporting directly to the President of Canada Adult Use, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful commercialization and market launch of new initiatives. This involves managing the innovation pipeline, embracing consumer insights, and fostering a proactive innovation culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the innovation strategy for key product lines
• Manage a multi-year innovation pipeline across various opportunities




• Collaborate with teams for effective product development
• Champion consumer-first approaches in all innovations
• Oversee end-to-end processes from concept to market

Requirements:
• 10+ years in innovation or product development
• Proven experience in launching successful consumer products
• Strong background in cross-functional teamwork
• Knowledge of regulated consumer industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
