Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking seasonal operators for winter maintenance between October and April, offering a pipeline to year-round opportunities. The selected candidates will help maintain highways by operating snowplow trucks and handling other heavy equipment. This role requires physical resilience and the ability to perform essential tasks outdoors in challenging weather.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive snowplow trucks and manage heavy machinery
• Conduct highway maintenance activities, such as crack sealing
• Perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear 3-year driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Previous experience with snowplows is advantageous
