In this full-time position, you represent Goldfish Swim School, ensuring each interaction embodies our mission to teach children aquatic skills. You’ll open doors to inquiry responses while supporting lesson logistics, maintaining an organized workplace, and enhancing customer satisfaction through consistent, engaging service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries timely via phone and in person
• Manage student check-ins and lesson schedules accurately
• Resolve account questions and engage with guests
• Keep front desk and common areas clean and inviting
• Serve as an ambassador to create a Golden Experience
Requirements:
• Ability to connect with children and families
