Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver supportive counseling via crisis support line and in-person • Participate in intake and discharge processes for service users • Develop individualized service delivery plans for clients • Facilitate cooperative living and maintain shelter standards • Monitor compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in relevant discipline • Proven experience working in gender-based violence services • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with community resources in York Region • Must be available for overnight shifts
