Be a part of a leading organization as a Warehouse Management Systems & Integration Specialist. This exciting role will focus on streamlining technology and integrations in warehousing and logistics.

This position requires collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams to successfully onboard new clients and optimize existing systems. You will manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide necessary training to ensure smooth transitions. Your role will greatly impact operational efficiency and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize WMS, ERP, and TMS systems
• Oversee client onboarding and project integration efforts
• Facilitate EDI, API, and FTP-based connections




• Address system and operational issues effectively
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant warehouse systems experience
• Robust background in 3PL and warehousing operations
• Knowledge of SQL databases is required
• Familiarity with XML and X12 formats
• Excellent client-facing and management skills
