As an Account Executive , you will be responsible for generating and growing business opportunities by:
Identifying and prospecting new clients through outbound calls, networking, and market research.
Presenting and promoting Mier Human Capital's recruitment services to decision-makers.
Conducting client meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs.
Developing customized solutions and proposals to meet client workforce requirements.
Negotiating pricing and agreements to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.




Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintaining an active pipeline of leads and opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets.
Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery once accounts are secured.
Requirements The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales , business development, or account management (professional services experience preferred).
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid ability to identify client pain points and position solutions effectively.
Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Post-secondary education is an asset.
