Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Recreation Therapy team at Berkley Care Centre. You will assess resident occupational performance, plan individualized therapies, and formulate evaluations to enhance care delivery. Additionally, your role encompasses supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and engaging in service quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of residents’ occupational performance
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans
• Document and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy services




• Collaborate on research and quality improvement initiatives
• Help in promoting and developing current therapy services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Full registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC
• Membership eligibility in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
• Knowledge of clinical occupational therapy practices
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting
