As a key team member at our long-term care home, you will assist in developing and facilitating tailored recreational programs for residents. Your role will include promoting participation, setting up activity spaces, and providing support during events. Work closely with the Programs Manager and interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate recreational and social programs
• Encourage resident participation and social engagement
• Provide individualized and group programming




• Set up and maintain program areas and supplies
• Document resident participation and program outcomes

Requirements:
• Experience in program facilitation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team
• Familiarity with health and safety standards
• Commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life
