The Lead Hand role focuses on guiding environmental services and winter operations at Niagara Parks. You’ll inspire your team to uphold high standards in waste collection, park cleanliness, and infrastructure inspections. Working closely with supervisors, you'll coordinate logistics while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, positively impacting millions of visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct waste collection and sanitation tasks
• Assist in winter operations for safety and maintenance
• Maintain communication with park management




• Order supplies and manage crew inventories
• Oversee staff training on equipment use

Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in operations
• Valid Class 'DZ' driver's license required
• Operational experience with heavy machinery
• Must be able to work various shifts and overtime
