Reporting to the Budget Manager, this critical role enhances effective decision-making at Options Community Services and Habitat Housing Society. You will prepare budgets and financial reports that guide organizational strategies while engaging with diverse stakeholders to build understanding of the budgetary process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparation of budgets for OCS and Habitat Housing Society
• Generate executive financial reports for leadership teams
• Assist in creating strategic financial presentations




• Coordinate budget submissions and compliance checks
• Build team-oriented relationships to support budget processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum two years of accounting experience in non-profit
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage 300 ERP
• Experience with complex financial reporting
