Stoakley-Stewart Consultants

Saskatchewan

Our client is an established business serving commercial and industrial customers with HVAC equipment, parts, service and system solutions.

Their work extends beyond supplying equipment. Customers rely on knowledgeable people to help them assess repair, replacement and ongoing service needs, understand their options and make practical decisions about system reliability and performance.

Technical knowledge and customer service are closely connected here. For someone who enjoys the commercial side of business but also wants to understand the systems and solutions behind the sale, this is an opportunity to develop both.

Compensation
The overall employment package also includes:

Company pension plan
Summer hours
Company and team activities throughout the year

The Opportunity
This is a customer-facing sales position focused on replacement HVAC equipment, repair solutions and service agreements.

Some opportunities will grow from existing relationships. Others will require you to develop new business. In either case, the role involves considerably more than preparing a price and waiting for an answer.

You will learn what the customer is trying to address, work with technicians and suppliers where additional expertise is needed, help develop an appropriate solution, prepare the proposal and keep the opportunity moving through completion.

You will also work alongside an experienced team member while developing your technical knowledge, customer relationships and confidence in the role.

You do not necessarily have to arrive knowing every technical detail. You do need the curiosity to learn, the confidence to pursue business and the discipline to follow through.
