Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of facilities and properties
• Develop and oversee maintenance and capital budgets
• Supervise contractors for HVAC, plumbing,



and fire safety
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to mitigate risks
• Support project management for property redevelopment

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Facilities Management
• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
