Join Nuvollo as a Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist and take ownership of client success through implementation and support of complex infrastructures. This role focuses on security and cloud deployments.
In this Tier 3 escalation position, you will leverage more than five years of experience in Managed Services to design and deploy cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure. Your ability to mentor junior engineers and lead root cause analysis will drive long-term improvements across client environments in the Toronto and NJ/NY metro areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Tier 3 support for escalated client issues
• Design and deploy Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations
• Troubleshoot various virtualization and storage platforms
• Implement security solutions like Microsoft Defender
• Provide mentoring and support documentation for junior staff
Requirements:
• 5+ years in an MSP setting focused on cloud solutions
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations in Microsoft 365
• Proficient in PowerShell and RMM tools
• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
