Located in St. Therese Villa, this part time position focuses on delivering person-centered care for residents requiring level 4 supportive living. As an HCA, you'll work closely with the nursing team, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health status while promoting emotional and physical well-being. Your role will involve adapting to clients' needs and actively participating in a team dedicated to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct personal care based on clients' needs
• Monitor and report changes in health conditions




• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Engage in collaborative team discussions for care planning

Requirements:
• Valid practice permit from College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Minimum 6 months experience in dementia care
