The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Finance professionals for a fully remote project where you will apply your financial expertise, analytical skills, and qualified judgment to specialized project work.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong academic or industry experience who are comfortable analyzing complex financial information, solving problems, and applying their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment.
Work can be completed throughout the week, allowing you to manage your own schedule while meeting project requirements and deadlines.
What You'll Do
Depending on your area of expertise, you may:
Review and evaluate complex financial information
Apply financial expertise to specialized assignments
Analyze financial statements, models, calculations, and business scenarios
Assess information for accuracy, logic, relevance, and quality
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas requiring improvement
Work through quantitative and financial problems
Interpret financial concepts and methodologies
Provide clear, well-reasoned written responses
Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards
Complete work independently while managing your own schedule
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who bring:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, Mathematics, or a closely related field
At least three years of professional experience in a finance-related role
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and quantitative concepts
Experience interpreting financial statements and financial data
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to evaluate complex information and make sound independent judgments
Comfort working in a remote, self-directed environment
Experience in areas such as corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), investment analysis, valuation, investment banking, private equity, asset management, capital markets, commercial banking, risk management, or financial modelling is considered an asset.
Professional designations or advanced credentials such as a CFA, MBA, Master's degree, or other relevant finance qualification are also considered an asset.
