Scarlet Security & Risk Group is hiring a Mobile Security Supervisor to manage field staff and uphold client service standards. This full-time role offers an opportunity to lead and train a dynamic team.

The Mobile Security Supervisor will play a critical role in supervising and guiding staff while enhancing security measures at client sites. This position requires strong customer service and organizational skills, and you'll be involved in training, incident response, and operational management to ensure a safe setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise mobile security staff during shifts
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to meet service standards
• Manage alarm responses and conduct patrols
• Act as a liaison during client emergencies
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and follow-ups

Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in security
• 3+ years of experience in security operations
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence mandatory
• Basic First Aid Certification (OFA Level 1)
• Clean Class 5 Driver's Licence required
