Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized service plans
• Facilitate emotional support and crisis intervention
• Monitor the well-being and safety of children
• Provide daily living assistance and hygiene support
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Two years of relevant experience required
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver's License
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience with behavioral interventions
