Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate client eligibility for support services
• Provide assistance in-person and virtually
• Communicate effectively during difficult conversations
• Organize workload to meet service delivery targets
• Accurately gather and record client data
Requirements:
• Completed Secondary School or GED equivalent
• At least one year in client-facing service roles
• Familiarity with computer applications including MS Office
• Experience serving clients with mental health and poverty issues
• Ability to manage situations using de-escalation
