Reporting to the Manager of Client Onboarding, you will be instrumental in establishing plan designs that support both group and individual business lines. You'll engage with clients, interpret documents, and ensure plan configurations meet their needs. This position demands a proactive approach to project management, critical thinking, and solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in reviews of RFPs and relevant documents
• Create plan design templates detailing coverage and billing
• Conduct meetings to gather client requirements for sign offs




• Enter and manage client plan details in systems
• Work alongside internal teams for successful implementation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in business or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in benefit administration
• Capable of managing multiple projects and complex data
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
