Working 40 hours per week in this in office role, you'll take charge of scheduling, administrative duties, and team management. Your leadership will empower lifeguards to deliver legendary service and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate lifeguard schedules and coverage
• Track staff performance and certifications
• Participate in payroll and inventory management
• Engage with customers and promote aquatic services
• Foster a culture of coaching and operational excellence

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in aquatics supervision
• Certifications in CPR Level C and Standard First Aid
• National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor qualifications
• Proven ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and aquatic software
