Master Pools Alta Ltd. is seeking a Project Foreman to oversee construction at multiple sites across Western Canada. This full time role involves on-site planning, team coordination, and execution of commercial and municipal swimming pool projects.

As a Project Foreman, you will manage project administration, oversee field personnel, and ensure effective communication with the Project Manager. You'll utilize your expertise in mechanical construction to guide the installation of systems while maintaining project schedules. Your leadership and organizational skills will be vital for project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and site instructions
• Track project information using MS Office tools
• Coordinate project schedules with General Contractors




• Lead field installation and quality control efforts
• Implement safety procedures and evaluate field personnel

Requirements:
• Proven experience in mechanical construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of project documentation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with OH&S; regulations and safety practices
• Effective communication skills for managing conflicts
