In this home-based position, you will report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance. Your expertise in hotel sales will be key in generating new business and fostering relationships with General Managers and front desk teams. You will utilize Salesforce to manage accounts and create a thriving sales culture while traveling for 2-4 market visits per year.

Requirements:
• 3+ years in hotel guestroom sales
• Proven business generation and market share growth
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations and sales strategies
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
