Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee change control and internal audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Manage licensing with regulatory agencies
• Improve quality systems and metrics continuously
• Lead QA team training and development initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• 3 years in an ISO/GMP environment
• 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 requirements
• Solid communication and project management skills
