In this permanent, full-time position, you will be pivotal in establishing the admissions function for Whitecliffe Canada. With no existing pipeline or team, you will convert inquiries into applications, manage the entire application process, and create sustainable relationships across Ontario to support future enrolments. Collaboration with the Marketing Lead and accountability for enrolment targets will also be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and implement admissions strategies for the Toronto campus
• Convert inquiries into applications with expert guidance




• Manage applications from submission to enrollment
• Develop relationships with potential feeder schools in Ontario
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead for enrollment targets

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in student recruitment or admissions
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Robust communication and consultative skills
• Legally entitled to work and on-site in Toronto
